Little Lulu Wiki

Little Lulu also known by her real name, Lulu Moppet, is the character that appears in many comics. Her real name's surname, Moppet (which is slang for "kid"). She is the titular protagonist of the comic Little Lulu, which was named after her. She is the main character in Little Lulu. Freely adapted from a 1935 comic strip by Marjorie Henderson Buell, the animated series follows the hijinks of Lulu Moppet, best pal Annie Inch and the rest of their friends in Peekskill, N.Y. The character was voiced by Cecil Roy (or Mae Questel) in the Paramount version. In the American CINAR version, she is voiced by Tracey Ullman (Season 1 only) and Jane Woods (Seasons 2 and 3 only). In the 1970s anime, she was voiced by Eiko Masuyama and later Minori Matsushima.

Personality And Bio[]

Lulu is the most agile and deft of the kids, but started her days rambunctious, but she became more well-behaved in the CINAR version. She can outsmart boys, bullies and even grownups! Whether she’s catching the frogs for the local restaurant, searching for hidden treasure or tracking down a thief, Little Lulu’s always got an ace up her sleeve. Together with her best friend Tubby, pint-sized Alvin, buck-toothed Annie, smooth Willie, and the rest of the neighborhood gang, Lulu always finds herself in the middle of an adventure. While she has a worst record, Lulu is not evil in alignment. Lulu's baddest traits are replicated in the Harvey-based bootleg Little Audrey, whose main protagonist can be somewhat badder compared to her (despite being good at heart).

Little Lulu is the first-ever animated stand-up comic. Lulu's best friend Annie Inch is always there for her and she always has arguments with Tubby and the boys in his club. They are always tricking each other and get into the adventures in school, in the neighborhood and in the park.
