Marty the Midget is an antagonistic character. He is also voiced by Bruce Dinsmore.
Personality And Bio[]
Marty is a criminal. He broke the law before and his actions got him thrown into prison. He soon escaped and changed identities with Tubby, so the latter had to get his name cleared. Marty is soon captured when Lulu outwitted his antics. Marty's actions make him the only Chaotic Evil character in the show.
